Cancellation Policy

At Nirvana Tours India, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs. Please review our cancellation policy below for details on cancellations, refunds, and applicable fees.

1. Cancellation Period:

Customers are entitled to cancel their booking at any time, but the cancellation policy applies based on the number of days before the scheduled tour departure date.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred by Nirvana Tours India in arranging the tour.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the tour cost minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for booking.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits:

Some tours may require non-refundable deposits or fees to secure reservations with third-party vendors such as hotels, airlines, or activity providers. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount in case of cancellation.

5. Special Circumstances:

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond the control of Nirvana Tours India, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, we will provide alternative options or issue refunds as appropriate.

6. Group Bookings:

For group bookings, please refer to the specific terms outlined in your booking agreement. Group cancellation policies may differ from individual bookings.

7. Modifications:

Customers may request modifications to their booking, such as changing tour dates or destinations, subject to availability and applicable fees. Any modifications must be requested at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date.
